Pastors George & Efua Ansah

Efua and l wholeheartedly welcome you to the family and ministry of Kingdom Impact Worship Centre, Headquarters Assembly, The Headquarters Assembly. We are glad you are in church today, and we believe you and your family will make this church your place of worshiping God regularly.

The
Kingdom Impact Worship Centre was founded on the 26th of February 1984 with about twenty (20) committed members, and presently has over 201 branches and 718 Satellite Churches within Ghana when Pastor George Oppong Ansah through the direction of the Holy Spirit responded to the call of God into the Ministry.

Since then, the church has seen tremendous growth with thousands of people committed to the Vision as they enjoy the fruit of this church. Pastor Ansah's desire is to see God's people develop and manifest His image and likeness in their total life through their talents, gifts and abilities.

Please take a moment and read this...

People ask me (Pastor Ansah),what God is saying to the Church? And I tell them, He is saying what He has always said: "Preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15 NKJV).If Jesus Himself were to take my place here in these last days before the final judgment, He would repeat His last words to the disciples in Acts 1:8 " You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my witness in Jerusalem, and in all the Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

Until we have done that, He has no further instructions for us. It has been suggested that there should be a moratorium on bringing more converts into the Church until the Church is fit and ready to receive them. If that were possible in a period of, say, a week or so, I might agree. But how can we ever hope to be fit if we stop obeying Christ? His command to us is to bringing converts.

Though spiritual training and discipleship are vital, concentrating on our own holiness as our primary focus will never make us fit to reach others with the gospel. Certainly, Jesus calls us to be holy, but outreach to the world is part of sanctification. Sanctification does not take place in seclusion only; holiness requires that we look outward to the spiritually lost.

I know of no finer way to develop spirituality than to go all out to win others for Christ. When we try to reach people with the gospel, we know that we have to be real.
Evangelism should be the thought, the impetus behind every agenda, if we want a church that is alive. When Church boards downplay evangelism, how can they keep the Church from stagnation and sterility?
Evangelism means to recommend Jesus. The evangelistic method taught by Jesus was that we should recommend Him, by our lives as well as by our words. We should be "Jesus people," or more precisely, “Jesus-of-the-Gospels people."

If the people of God do not view their overall purpose as winning people for Christ, they become just listeners, sermon tasters, choir critics or leadership judges. The Church is not a restaurant for spiritual gourmets cultivating a discriminating palate for food from the pulpit. It is a canteen for workers. With a job to do (evangelism), Church members have not time to criticize. A horse which fulfills its role by pulling its load never kicks.
